The Battery Management System (BMS) is used to monitor and control the charging and discharging of electric car batteries . The CB0505XT-1W to realize double isolation of power supply and signal hence improving the reliability of the battery monitoring.
In the motor voltage monitoring system where requirements for isolation and temperature are high, the temperature is normally above 100℃ due to the severe motor heating. Before, Previous module had maximum temperature limit 105℃, but now the operating temperature of CF0505XT-1WR2 is up to 125 ℃, increasing the reliability of power supply module when working under high temperature environment.
Moreover, with the isolation voltage reaching 3500VDC, it meets the high isolation requirement of the system. In the application below, the motor driver uses dedicated module of MORNSUN IGBT products QA04 to power the motor driver and ensure the stability and reliability of the system.
