Sales Administrator – Diamond Electronics Group

We are expanding our Customer services team at our Smallwood, Cheshire head office. If you enjoy working closely with customers and wish to further your career the technology sector, please get in touch.

Responsibilities

  • Generating Rapport and Relationships with our customers
  • Supporting the Internal Account Managers with customer quotations and costings
  • Responding to customers quotation requirements in a timely manner
  • Liaising with our supplier base for pricing and availability of components

Skills Required

  • Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills, both written and interpersonal
  • Able to work well under pressure but with good attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills
  • Team player but also with the initiative to work alone, with good time management and organisational skills
  • Determination and drive to deliver results that enhance the company’s sales performance

Relevant Experience

  • Experience in purchasing, a sales environment or in the electronics industry is useful, but not essential
  • SAP, SAGE or other equivalent business system experience
  • Strong Excel skills

Personal Qualities

  • Enthusiastic, hardworking and articulate
  • Keen to learn and succeed
